Film Discussion (Film: Precious)

The movie  came out in November 2009. It exposed the underbelly of how the intersections of racism, classism, sexism could create the terrible circumstances that many people experience daily.  At this event, we'll talk about the black family structure, teenage pregnancy and higher education.
